Hello. Welcome to the first episode of Punk Rawk Labs TV: an uncooking show. Today we are going to make raw chocolate truffles. This video was filmed on Christmas Eve in the middle of a record breaking snowstorm in Oklahoma City (or so they thought). Initially, they thought it had snowed 14 inches!! My boyfriend and I were remarking (being from Minnesota) that it didn’t look like 14 inches. More like 6-8. Turned out, we were right. OOPS! It WAS really windy though, and a VERY WHITE Christmas…

those were too cute. reading some of your stuff has me thinking that i REALLY need to change my diet. i’m certain all the chemicals that are in food nowadays are what makes me nauseous half the time. great stuff, miss lady. =)
