It features excerpts from a class I taught at 105 DEGREES shortly before graduating. Wheatgrass has very powerful healing properties. I’ve found it to be one of the most effective things I’ve tried on my healing journey. It seems to always inspire an uptick in healing juju for me. I hope it will do the same for you.     Love this video!

    I am going to be writing again about wheatgrass on my blog and will probably link to this if you don’t mind. Great recipe ideas.

    Have you ever tried growing wheatgrass outside? The flavor is much milder this way although it does take longer if it is cool outside.

    thanks! that would be rad! haven’t tried growing outside yet. i’ve heard that. i live in minnesota though. so it’s a bit early yet. i’ll keep you posted..

    Awesome class! I learned a lot in a short time. I appreciated that you included how it works in the body in terms that were easy to understand but not dumbed-down.

    I also think it is really cool that you visualize it working in your body. I bet there is some science out there that shows that increases the benefial effects of most anything.

    Wheatgrass is undoubtably in my future.
